Swapping Your Region

Swap your covered region yourself from the account drawer, no support ticket needed. It's unlimited while you're trialing, and once per rolling 60 days after you're a paying subscriber.

Where do I swap my region?

Open the account menu → Billing. If your plan covers one or two specific regions, you'll see them listed with a "Swap region" link. Click it to pick a new region (or two, on the 2-region plan) and confirm. This only applies to the 1-region and 2-region plans; the Worldwide plan already covers every region, so there's nothing to swap.

How often can I swap?

While you're on your free trial, you can swap as many times as you like. Once you've made your first payment, you're limited to one swap per rolling 60-day period. If you try again before that window is up, the Billing section shows the exact date your next swap becomes available instead of the swap control.

Does swapping change my billing date?

No, swapping regions doesn't reset or extend your billing period. It only changes which region(s) your satellite passes, buoys, and alerts cover.

What if I want to upgrade coverage instead of swapping?

Swapping trades one region for another at the same tier; it doesn't add coverage. To cover more regions at once, upgrade your plan from "Manage subscription" in the same Billing section. See choosing a plan for what each tier covers, or pricing for rates.
