Managing Your Subscription

Open the account drawer's Billing section and select "Manage subscription" to reach Stripe's billing portal, where you can update payment details, change plans, or cancel.

Where do I update my card or cancel?

Open the account menu → Billing → "Manage subscription." That opens Stripe's own billing portal in a new tab, where you can update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play instead of on the website, this button won't apply to you; manage that subscription from the store itself.

What does the status line under my plan mean?

It changes depending on where you are in your billing cycle: "Trial ends" with a date while you're in the 14-day trial, "Cancels" with a date once you've scheduled a cancellation (whether that happens during a trial or after), and "renews" with a date for an active subscription that isn't scheduled to cancel. A short grace period after a failed payment shows as "Grace period" instead.

Is there a refund if I just started?

Yes, as a one-time courtesy, if you're charged for your first billing period (including the first charge after a trial ends) and ask for a refund within 7 days of that charge, we'll refund it in full. This is available once per customer and doesn't apply to later billing periods. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge to request it.
