Chlorophyll Edge

A chlorophyll edge is a sharp boundary between clear, low-nutrient water and chlorophyll-rich water, visible on a chlorophyll chart as tightly packed contours on the fixed 0.01–100 mg/m³ scale, rather than a slow fade.
